Savvion offers business-critical software, solutions, and services in the business process management (BPM) field. They market their solutions globally and maintain many of the Fortune 100 as their customers. I was tasked with re-starting a campaign in a tough economy to improve lead generation efforts, both for cost and quality.

This publicly traded telecommunications company competes against some of the largest in the world, both in the US and across strategic markets worldwide. I started with the company in the early days of its PPC program and have grown it more than 2000%.


About
This non-profit organization supports kids by providing education to at-risk youth who have left the traditional school cycle. Their car donation program is highly seasonal, depending on the end of the year rush for the majority of their donations.
Objective
I was brought on to improve results for their car donation program, a key source of income for the organization which was yet to be measured. After getting tracking in place, we strategically used the lower traffic off-season to optimize for the three important months in Q4. As long as the program was profitable, maximizing donations during Q4 was the goal.
Solution
Keyword generation was an important element of improving this campaign. We grew the campaign from less than 100 keywords to thousands which were geo-targeted to specific regions. Ad copy and landing page testing also improved donation rates year over year, allowing for the budget growth they desired.
Results
Search marketing has now become AmericaCan's top source of donations.
